The fun begins with the arrival of the Easter Bunny at 1 p.m. for photos with the children, so be sure to bring a camera. The first egg hunt for children three and under starts at 1:45 p.m. Children aged four to seven years begin their egg hunt at 2 p.m., and children eight to 12 years old will start their egg hunt at 2:15 p.m.

Some 11,000 eggs in all will be available for the three hunts, and special prizes are in store for those who find a gold or silver egg during each hunt. Many other fun activities and games are planned, including face painting, tic tac toe, an obstacle course, and much more.

The Kona Ice food truck will be on site from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. where visitors may purchase refreshments.

“This is always such a fun, family-oriented spring event for the kids, and it’s also a great opportunity for everyone to come out and see our lovely park,” Bay County Parks and Recreation Division Manager Joy Saddler said. “
