Acrylic Painting

Anne is back! Don’t miss these two-hour painting classes with acrylic/watercolor artist and experienced instructor Anne Sands! Instructor fee is $5.00 and materials fee is $10.00 (total cost is $15.00/class). Pre-registration is required with a maximum of 10 students. Our Lagoon - Our Future

Do you know what waterways compose the Indian River Lagoon and how the lagoon affects our quality of life and the future of our community? Join us as Daniel Kolodny, Chief Operating Officer of the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program and IRL Council, shares with us about our lagoon, some of the problems it is facing, and the organizations working on its behalf. Find out how you can make a difference and where to find even more information.  Daniel graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Aquaculture. He has worked for NOAA Fisheries, The Nez Perce Tribe, Florida Tech, Applied Ecology, Brevard County Natural Resources Management Department, and has been a resident of Brevard and Indian River Counties for 25 years.
