City of Fort Pierce Launches FPRA Targeted Corridor Paint Program for Orange Avenue
The City of Fort Pierce is pleased to announce the launch of the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) Targeted Corridor Paint Program for Orange Avenue. The Targeted Corridor Paint Program offers financial assistance in the form of a reimbursable grant up to $1,000 toward the cost of exterior paint and paint supplies. The funds will be disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit one (1) grant award per property. The program is open now until November 3, 2022.

The intent of the Targeted Corridor Paint Program is to support the revitalization of the commercial corridors in the FPRA district by stimulating private investment in improvements that enhance the appearance of buildings and properties and eliminate blight.

To be eligible for this program the property must be located on the Orange Avenue corridor within the FPRA District (between 33rd Street and Melody Lane).
