City of Saint Cloud News Voluntary Evacuation Orders Issued

From: City of Saint Cloud
October 5, 2022

St. Cloud, FL (October 2, 2022) – A voluntary evacuation order has been issued for Blackberry Creek and Pemberly Pines due to rising flood waters. We have teams going door to door making notifications. Residents should evacuate to the emergency shelter at Osceola Heritage Park. Emergency resources are available to help you evacuate if you cannot safely leave your home. It may be difficult or impossible for small vehicles to exit through flood waters. If you need assistance, call 9-1-1. Evacuation efforts will be prioritized based on emergencies and may be delayed. Our engineers and emergency managers are working with the South Florida Water Management District and the Army Corps of Engineers to address the rising flood waters.
