The "Best Farmers Market" in America is Now Accepting Vendor Applications

The West Palm Beach GreenMarket is looking for new and returning vendors to apply for a two-year term for the 2023 - 2024 and 2024 - 2025 seasons. The application can be found on the City's website. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2023.

Spring Training Returns to The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, and So Do the Fans!

West Palm Beach is once again hosting Spring Training for the Houston Astros and the Washington Nationals at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach. Fans are already flocking to the park to get up close and personal with their favorite players.

West Palm Beach Police Help Keep Manatees Safe

Manatees gather in South Florida to stay in warmer waters during the winter months. West Palm Beach Police work hard patrolling and enforcing boat speeds to keep these gentle giants of the sea safe.

New 'Highlighting Heritage' Initiative is Underway

During the City Commissioner meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, Mayor Keith A. James and each of the five City Commissioners honored a resident who played a vital role in serving and improving West Palm Beach. The very first honorees of this initiative were Bishop AJ Wright, Annie Nelson, Edith Bush, Trinnette Morris, Michael Odom and Dr. Mary Ann DuPont

Local Artist Jill Hotchkiss' Gilded Mural Entitled

"Botanical Preserve" is Underway at South Olive Park

A beautiful new gilded mural, featuring gold leaf and focusing on the wonder of nature, is being installed by artist Jill Hotchkiss at South Olive Park.

Apply Today: Summer Camp Scholarship Program

The City's Parks and Recreation Department invites residents to apply for Palm Beach County’s Summer Camp Scholarship Program. These scholarships can be applied to the City's summer camp programs. Applications will be accepted through April 14, or until funds run out.
