Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach : Designing our Palm Beach

February 28, 2023

“Our Town Code, originally written in the 1970s, no longer reflects the Palm Beach vision. In fact, most of the town’s most treasured and iconic buildings could not be built today without special permissions or exceptions, known as variances. Simply put, what you love most about Palm Beach is not supported by the current code.”

—Mayor Danielle H. Moore
