My daughter and I had our Daddy/ daughter date and we decided to come here to enjoy ourselves. The time spent here was so much fun. All staff were so nice and very helpful and let my daughter have the full force enjoyment. For 42.00 and play till we dropped was worth every moment! We are coming back again!

We took a rather large group of people and were standing on line waiting to pay when we were told the morning discount no longer applied because it was 2 minutes after 12noon. After paying, we went outside to the batting cages, 1 of the cages wasn't working. The cages closed as soon as the rain started. We went inside and waited an hour to play laser tag, only to be told the guns weren't working due to failure to properly charge them. There are only 2 games inside that don't require purchase and one wasn't working. About 200 people crammed into an arcade with nothing to do but buy game cards to play video games. What a waste of over $350! Seems the only thing operational are the games you pay EXTRA for - above the $29 admission price! I understand you can't control the weather but the equipment should be working so that others can enjoy what they paid for. Staff told us we could wait a few hours for the general manager to arrive to ask for a refund or they could give us a game card for the admission price (please note most games are $1.00 per game). Ultimately, we saw another patron being refunded and confronted the Operations Manager, he agreed to refund 3 of the 14 passes and issued game cards to the others. He told us it was because we were "nice" that he could work with us (after telling us that we had to wait several hours) and the only reason he refunded the other patron was because she was being ugly. Use your best judgment when going here. Arrive 30-45 minutes early if going for the Earlybird price, so the price doesn't change while you're in line! Make sure it's a perfectly sunny day or be prepared to spend your admission on approx. 29 video games! Looks like it could a great place on a nice day!

For a theme park, it was very clean both times we went. Everything looked taken care of. The staff were there. The first time we went, it was during the weekend with a boys birthday party going on. The birthday party boys were unsupervised and on the go cart tracks we unfortunately we were with the boys and it became scary and no one in our party felt safe with the birthday party boys on the track. We were on vacation and went just for the go carts and so we promised our 13 year old son we'd go back during the week, in hopes of no unsupervised birthday party boys. The 2nd time we went (this time during the weekday) it was very quiet with only one other family in the park. The staff running the go carts were attentive but it showed that there was absolutely no fun in it for them. This didn't ruin our experience but it certainly didn't enhance it either. We ended leaving early when we went to a go cart track and there was no one running the track, we waited 5 minutes with no idea when someone would return.

We always have a great time at this park for the past three years. Price is great for all the fun you can have. I would and have recommended this place. Be patient though because their staff are young and slow. Each area is not covered so you just have to let someone know; popular rides always has staff. The park does need to spend some money on up keep and some of the guys need not be so strict on the go karts touching another car. Some will black mark you unnecessary. Still I really like this place.

This place is horrible. I went there with my 3 kids and I payed a lot of money for it. Turns out it was "raining to hard" and all the rides/attractions were closed. It was dry out their and the rain stopped like an hour ago and they still wouldn't let us out. We played not even half of the games in the arcade and our cards ran out of money. Not only that but the employees were rude to us just because we were asking a few questions. If your going to work at any place you should know that people are going to come up to you and ask you questions, which is completely normal and their is nothing to be rude for. This was my first time at Andretti's and it's going to be my last time
