Our organization's leadership was instrumental in the founding of the LUCES NAVIDEÑAS Needy Children's Christmas Party that served over 2600 children and families from 2005-2011. In 2012, we rebranded the party into the Annual EMERALD COAST CHRISTMAS MIRACLE, a needy children's fiesta. The event has grown tremendously and more than 5300 additional needy children and their families have been served from 2012-2017! To date, More than 16,000 kids have been benefited via our Christmas Miracle Fiesta since its inception.
The Christmas Miracle Fiesta is an EVERYTHING IS FREE to all that attend party, in keeping with our organization's mission and objectives, it aims to provide local area youth an opportunity to serve their community and at the same time benefit civilian and military families in our area. Thanks to Toys for Tots, local business and individual donors, we donate brand new toys for all the children that attend. In addition, we also have food basket donations, delicious free food and performances by local area entertainers. Our event inspired a couple in San Jose Costa Rica to start the “Christmas Miracle in Puriscal" in 2015 and most recently, “Sister Fiestas” were started in Mexico and in Mobile, Alabama.
