City Established a Housing Needs Assessment Hotline

The City of Key West is proactively assessing damage to local residences following the impacts of Hurricane Ian by establishing a hotline where the community can report their housing needs: 305-809-1101.

To best serve the community, a group known as COAD – Community Organizations Active in a Disaster – wants to hear from people with housing needs.

If your home had significant damage due to Hurricane Ian, please call the needs assessment hotline: 305-809-1101.  Please describe your current situation (including if your home is inhabitable) and short- and long-term needs.

Once you've provided detailed information regarding your needs, that information will be provided to COAD to get you the help you need.

The City of Key West and local community organizations need this damage and needs assessment to better advocate for and determine resources to fulfill unmet needs.
