The North Port community is invited to celebrate National ParkRX Day on April 15 from 9 – 10 a.m. by joining us to enjoy a free yogatology workout at the Garden of the Five Senses Park, 4299 Pan American Blvd. Yogatology incorporates gentle movements using techniques from Yoga, Tai Chi, and Ballet to improve flexibility, balance, coordination and core strength. It includes standing and seated movements.
Bring a friend and a water bottle while you discover the unique benefits of this outdoor experience! The event is free for ages 12 and up and chairs will be provided.
