For the owners of commercial/multi-family properties with debris still in their area, the City of Punta Gorda in conjunction with Landfall Strategies (aka DebrisTech) will assist you in requesting approval for the Commercial Property Debris Removal (CPDR) program through FEMA: This will include the following properties:
- Commercial businesses
- Apartment complexes
- Condominiums
- Marinas
- Boat storage facilities
- Commercial or Industrial Structures
- Restaurants
