Our community partners play a big role in the success of the Delray Beach Public Library. Today we highlight one such partnership with Square Off the Square, the community outreach arm of Old School Square Center for the Arts, Inc. a non-profit cultural arts organization. This group has been providing the funds for art classes through our Young @ Art Program for children ages 6-9. These popular classes ignite young imaginations while bringing creative adventures in the library’s epic art room. Last week some of the board members from Old School Square visited the classroom and met the budding artists. Thank you, for being a great partner! Calling all elves who would like to support a child for Spirit of Giving’s Annual Holiday Gift Drive. Please stop by the Library and pick up a gift tag that contains a “gift wish” for children in Palm Beach County including local non-profits the Achievement Center, Milagro, and Roots & Wings. All gifts should be dropped off at the Library or one of the other locations by December 8th.
