Went here camping with the horses. The trails are beautiful and well marked. We saw a lot of wildlife and the terrain is varied. The camping are was very nice. It was quiet, has fire pits for cooking and picnic tables, hitching posts for the horses. The people who volunteer here are great. My friend dropped her phone on the trail in a rain storm. They drove her out in the rain and helped her find it in a 6 inch puddle in the middle of the trail.

Camped here, so only commenting on the camping portion. The rangers were super friendly. The price to camp was reasonable, we did primitive camping. The "primitive" sites have power and water and are next to the RV sites. Nice clean restroom facility with showers. The camp site has side walks of concrete to the handicapped camp sites, gravel walkway to the rest. Set up your tent on the gravel which sounds weird but it removes the sand/dirt which gets in the tent at a normal camp site. Really enjoyed it here.

OVERALL: This campsite is brand new and VERY nice. The bathrooms have showers and are very clean. Unlike many other state and federal parks, rather than just not providing any way to sanitize or dry your hands, they've got soap at the sinks and even electric hand dryers! I was quite impressed. The camp host was very nice and even delivered the firewood we purchased. THE CAMPSITE: Brand new. They provide a handicap site! Having been handicapped once in my life before, I thought this was a very nice touch. Each campsite is far enough away from the other that you're not sleeping tent wall to tent wall. Each site has a nice gravel pad to set your tent up on. I cannot say for all sites, but at least the handicap site has water and power. WHAT I LOVED: They provide a washing machine and hot showers! WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: This is pretty hard to get away from, but you sure could hear the road at night. Loud and clear.

One of the better dealerships I have visited, and I have visited many. Not the biggest, not the biggest selection of bikes or clothes, but the staff is great. All areas were friendly and personable. No one was pushy with sales. As with many dealerships, free grub and suds on a fairly regular basis.

Pretty new campground and facilities. Everything clean but lacking shade. Give it time so the trees can grow. It was pretty warm there, so definitely a place to plan for cooler weather.
