Open to non - members, Scenic Hills Country Club is not your average Florida golf course. We are known for our rolling hills, stately pines lining the fairways, elevation changes and striking views that are unusual for a Florida golf course. The Pensacola golf course boasts the best greens and golf course conditions in the Panhandle. The challenging course has been recognized by Pensacola News Journal as one of the top courses to play and was voted 2008, 2009 and 2010 "BEST OF THE BAY" golf course in the Pensacola area.

Since 1958 Scenic Hills Country Club at the University of West Florida has been serving the Pensacola Golfing community. Over the years, the commitment to enhance Pensacola's best golf experience has remained the highest priority. In 1992, the original Chic Adams layout was updated followed by a full golf course renovation in 2006. The renovataion included a new state-of-the-art Champion Bermuda greens, Tifton 419 Bermuda fairways and tee boxes, rebuilt bunkers, and installation of continuous cart paths. In 2008, Scenic Hills opened a new $3.5M luxurious clubhouse, and is perfect setting for dining and wedding receptions.      Â
